The LibreOffice Help is in process to migrate to a modern browser. 

The online help can be tested in this URL:

http://helponline.libreoffice.org

Please let us know if a modern browser addresses your concerns in terms of font
size. Usually you increase/decrease fonts in web page by pressing Ctrl++ and
Ctrl +- .
