            Bug ID: 114388
Summary: SEARCH function fails (#VALUE!) if search string is
                    longer than text
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: erack at redhat.com

The SEARCH function fails returning a #VALUE! result if the search string is
longer than the text to be searched, which is valid if wildcards or regular
expressions are active. For example:
SEARCH("word","^word.*")
should return 1.
