I see the error, when following these steps.

I rank it a minor bug, because the sequence
* Tabs Tab, add a Left tab at position 0.90cm
* Intents & Spacing Tab, set Indent Before text to 0.90cm and First line to
-0.90cm
will work and doing the same steps in styles work too.
