Description:
when you open a calc document with a form the forms doesn't work and you have
to replace them with a new ones, wich work perfectly. Once you open the new
document with the forms fixed it craks again.
It only happends on the combo box.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a form in calc, with combo box.
2. save the document
3. open the document

Actual Results:  
the combo box no longer works

Expected Results:
the combo box should be like you left them when you save the document


Reproducible: Always
