Description:
After every Restart of LibreOffice Calc my Option Field loses the Setting
Linked cell.
So the Option Field doesn´t update the Cell after activating it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an Option Field
2. Configure a Linked cell with a Reference value
3. reopen the Document

Actual Results:  
The "Linked cell" Value is emty

Expected Results:
The "Linked cell" Value


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes
