Bug ID: 114444
Summary: Icons in LibreOffice are not optimised for "Retina"
>200 ppi displays.
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 5.4.3.2 release
Hardware: All
OS: Mac OS X (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: trivial
Priority: medium
Component: UI
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: thomas at lorbrand.com
Description:
In the toolbar of LibreOffice the icons (Bold, Italic etc.)look quite pixelated
on my 2017 Retina Macbook and on my 24" 4K monitor. I think the resolution of
these icons need to be increased to make them easier to see and appear better
on newer screens. It looks like this program was designed on a display with a
lower PPI, but it is no big deal.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open app on display with PPI > 200
2.
3.
Actual Results:
1.Open app on display with PPI > 200
Expected Results:
Pixelated icons
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
OpenGL enabled: Yes
