Description:
Toggle Numbered List icon horizontally flips when switch to Right-To-Left and
the numbers on the icon appear backward.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open LibreOffice Writer
2.Click Right-To-Left button
3.See Toggle Numbered List button

Actual Results:  
Toggle Numbered List button flips and numbers in the button appear backward
(mirror image)

Expected Results:
Numbers must not flip


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
