Description:
The vertical layouts ofted used in East Asian texts, and the usage appearing
not only in document but also in images, see:
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Chinese_writing
Several scripts as Mongolian also requiring top-to-bottom, left-to-right
directionality if they are inserted in the image.
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Monggul-Ulus.png the text is
transliterated as mongɣul ulus
LibreOffice Draw looks no way to select vertical text directions. However
Inkscape has already implemented both two directionalies, thus LO Draw need
also implement these two directionalies for users’ needs and
interoperateabilily.
