Can you please explain how it's fixed and add screenshots? 
When pressing F1 in Format->Conditional Formatting->Manage in 6.1+ I'm referred
to https://help.libreoffice.org/latest/en-US/text/swriter/main0000.html so it
DOESN'T look fixed to me.
