Download of German Version horribly slow, expected time 9hrs. Has nothing to do
with my internet access, Master 6.1.0.0 fom http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/
only needs few seconds.

a) This one might be a DUP of 
   "Bug 114546 - Since downloading 5.3 it has become very slow to
load/refresh",
   information there is too rare to decide.
