            Bug ID: 114645
           Summary: A file downloaded in Skype doesn't open via it in
                    Libreoffice if there're cyrillic symbols
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 5.1.6.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: LibreOffice
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: snpr.12340 at gmail.com

Description:
If there's a cyrillic symbol in the path and/or the filename, LibreOffice says,
that the file doesn't exist. But if it's opened directly from the folder,
there's no error. The same with launching from command line.

Workaround: If soffice is launched manually or through the Quickstart feature,
everything opens just fine.

Tested in Ubuntu 16.04 and 17.04. At least in scalc the bug is present.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Send via the newest Skype for Linux a file with a cyrillic name e.g "Лист
Microsoft Excel.xlsx";
2. When received, open from the GUI;
3. Get the error.

Actual Results:
I got the error.

Expected Results:
Open the file.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Confirmed on several machines, with different users. So it's unlikely to be
only one pc's error.

Perhaps, bug is present for other languages too.
