restested under Win8.1 x64 using LibO 5.3.6.2 and 6.1.0.0.alpha0+

two issues still remaing unchanged:

1- presence of "insert box" in the middle of slide 1 and 4

2- text obstruction by image white background (I suppose it was meant to be
transparent) in slide 9


probably is better to split this bug into 2 separate reports, each one
addressing a single issue at once.
