Description:
Loading a file from a server (not on the user computer) by use of a shortcut on
the desktop, Windows 10 Pro Version 1709 OS Build 16299.125. Azus board LGA
1155 I5

soffice.bin - Application Error

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142).
Click OK to close the application.

If I clear this and then select the shortcut the second time all is well.
Appears to occur across the entire Server 2016 Essentials Network.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select Shortcut to an ODT File

Actual Results:  
soffice.bin - Application Error

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142).

Expected Results:
File opens in WRITER.
