Description:
If you set the direction of a comment (in a docx-imported file) from LTR to
RTL, then save, close the file, and reopen - the direction seems to be reverse
- RTL.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
Direction of words gets reversed

Expected Results:
Direction shouldn't be reversed


Reproducible: Always
