Description:
Crashed when editing a new dialog.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tools > Options > Organize Dialogs.
2. Click "New..."
3. Click Edit to edit the dialog

Actual Results:  
Dialog editor show up.

Expected Results:
It hangs.
