[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 100854] persian and arabic diacritics are not accessible by using arrow keys on keyboard. libreoffice ignores diacritics and does not behave with them like general letters.

i read this bug and its not related to the screen reader.
libreoffice should does not ignore diacritics, behave with them like usual
letters, allow us to navigate between both letters and diacritics using left
and right arrow keys, and counts them in the characters!
