Description:
LibO unresponsive after HTML paste

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a random page (for example
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=108867)
2. Select everything CTRL+A and copy CTRL+C (I copied it from Firefox)
3. Paste it intro writer (CTRL+V)

Actual Results:  
LibO doesn't respond anymore

Expected Results:
Should work like LibO5400rc1
