did a another test with a older laptop
loading the file takes a while
zooming to 400% and scrolling is normal, but zooming to 50% scrolling is slower
than normal

old laptop Dell Latitude D620
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 cpu T5500 @ 1.66Ghz
