This bug applies to text rotated via Format-Character-Position or right-click
in the cell Styles-Edit style-Position.
There's Character option "Fit to Line" available with rotation, but I can't
figure out what it does? Help is of no help at
https://help.libreoffice.org/index.php?title=Common/Font_Position.
As Cor noted, there's rotation set by table properties which expands right.
It's top side of the text left is another enh. bug.
