LibreOffice version is 5.3.4.2
LibreOffice -> Preference -> General -> Help (Extended tips is checked) ->
Click OK!
Restart LibreOffice, that the above setting (Extended tips is unchecked again).


Steps to Reproduce:
1.LibreOffice -> Preference -> General -> Help (Extended tips is checked) ->
Click OK!
2. Restart LibreOffice, that the above setting (Extended tips is unchecked).


Actual Results:  
Extended tips is unchecked again.

Expected Results:
Extended tips is checked after click ok!


Reproducible: Always
