Given the hint of disabling Windows 7 Aero theme, for rendering text to a GDI
DC, would a D2D1_ALPHA_MODE_IGNORE do any better than using the
D2D1_ALPHA_MODE_PREMULTIPLIED 

But would that be isolated to font handling, or would it cause other issues in
VCL/SVX in GUI and on canvas?
