So the missing page 2 and incorrect placement of nested table content in the
document shown in attachment 115278 now displays correctly in 5.4 and master.

The only major problem with the arrangement of the nested table content is that
the table with the heading 'ИНФОРМАЦИЯ О ПРИОБРЕТАЕМОМ ТС' is floating at top
of the document as a frame overlapping the giraffe image, rather than being
located in the cell above the cell that has the table with the heading
'АНКЕТА'. This regression happened in 4.0, as it is correctly positioned in
3.6.

xisco, raal, aron: anyone got time to bibisect this?
