Description:
I have documents with a lot of images and would like to label them with the
filename (also to guard against
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=99050 ). It would be great
to have an option to automatically add the filename (with or without the full
path) as an automatic caption.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add image
2. Add caption
3. No automatic filename ...

Actual Results:  
No filename in caption

Expected Results:
Filename in caption


Reproducible: Always
