Additional info:
- reloading the document shows the textbox in the correct place (both in 5.2
and 5.4.0.2)
- the arrow is BEHIND the image (should be in front- should I file an
additional bug?)
- the textbox is correctly in front of the image

Bug is reproducible in 5.2.7.2 and 5.4.0.2
