Description:
while i input BBB in a cell,it's display BBB.but i input BBb in a cell,it's
display Bbb. so if the third letter is lower ,the second letter will change to
lower.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.input the word "BBb" in a cell,and push Enter.
2.the second letter will change to lower
3.

Actual Results:  
the cell should be "BBb"

Expected Results:
the real result is "Bbb"


Reproducible: Always
