Description:
All the Bitmaps are read and some sort of temp file is created when accessing
the Area Bitmap dialog the first time (for each document separately)


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Format -> Page -> Area tab
3. Open Process Monitor with filter set to Process Name is soffice.bin
4. Click the Bitmap button and notice the creating of tmp files (and file read)
5. Close the Writer document (back to Start Center)
6. Repeat 1-4


Actual Results:  
Temp files a created the first time when clicking on the bitmap dialog (making
it respond slower)

Expected Results:
Seems inefficient to me
