On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today, I could reproduce this.

Yousuf: having noticed your work about this area, thought you might be
interested in this one.
Of course, I suppose we'd need UX-team opinion first so let's put appropriate
keyword.
Personally, I agree with Thomas but I'm not UI expert.
