Unclear what you've done. So at this point for your case, I would uninstall all
vestiges of LibreOffice including your user profile in "%APPDATA%\LibreOffice".

And then clean the Windows registry--including HKCU - "SOFTWARE\The Document
Foundation", and HKLM - "SOFTWARE\The Document Foundation",
"SOFTWARE\LibreOffice" but also for same in "SOFTWARE\WOW6432node".

Download a new copy of either 64-bit or 32-bit build (either will run on
Windows 7 SP1 64-bit) directly from the project archive here
http://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/5.3.4.2/win/

Do not store on a network resource, instead save onto a local HDD/SSD. Then
verify the HASH value of your download against the package "details" link
provided with the archive. Only then proceed to install.

If with those installation steps (to avoid mixing prior 32-bit and a new 64-bit
install) it should resolve things for you--post back if it does not.

Otherwise the NEEDINFO and this issue remains open for OP.
