New Bracket: Evaluate from ... to ...

Add new  Bracket type:  Evaluate from ... to ...

A to the panel new  bracket that displays the option of evaluating a function
from a lower limit to an upper limit. (see picture attached).

I have achieved this through the command: 

left none {<?>} right rline_{<?>} ^ {<?>}
