            Bug ID: 109518
Summary: notebookbar does not render rightly at 1366 * 768
                    resolution
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 5.4.0.3 rc
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: Maartje2405 at gmail.com

Hi people @ LibreOffice,

I do not know if it is a bug or not. I downloaded LO 5.4.0 rc3 on several
machines and it works (as always) perfect! So i am very happy with this and
hope you will keep up the good work (the app keeps getting better and better!)

So today I decided to take a look at the experimental notebook bar. Especially
I like the grouped compact notebook bar. It looks slick and more modern with
sifr icon theme and thus looks slick! It renders perfectly on my full hd
monitor on my desktop. So I am going to try this for a while, but I think I
will keep it.
Maybe a tip/suggestion to put in the ‘file group’ also the option (icon) for
e-mail (to directly send a file to my e-mail app (Thunderbird). I use it a lot
so maybe that could be a good suggestion for the future?

Then: at my laptop (running windows 10, latest version) there is a issue. It is
a 15,6” screen and not full hd, but 1366*768.. and the notebook bar does not
render (scale) good, it is to big for this screen.. So I do not see the full
notebook bar, only a part of it. It does so with all notebook bar options.. So
I know it is only experimental, but I thought to let you know.

Once again, please keep up the good work!

Sincerely,

Maarten van der Velden
