Meta bug for issues of having problems opening a file, like a file that take a
long time to open or it causes LO to hang/freeze/crash when opening or will not
open when it should.

If the file is not located on the local computer, but is at a network location,
please assign it to the Network (bug 104742) or CMIS (bug 98360) meta bugs.

This meta bug should not include bugs related to problems in the display of a
document once the file has been opened.
