Sorry, but I cannot reproduce the bug. My procedure:
- open attachment 134948
- clic on arrow
- Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V
I get two arrows exactly on the same place. My configuration:
Version: 5.4.0.3
Build ID: 7556cbc6811c9d992f4064ab9287069087d7f62c
Threads CPU : 4; OS : Windows 6.1; UI Render : par défaut; 
Locale : fr-FR (fr_FR); Calc: CL

@sergio: Could you detail your procedure?
