Description:
If you set the Formatting toolbar on a vertical position, the "Font Size"
button is listed, yet does nothing when clicked.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set Formatting toolbar in vertical position
2. Click on the "Font Size button" (above the "bold" button)
3. profit

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:
Either a sub-menu, or window to select the font size.


Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
