The help page
http://help.libreoffice.org/swriter/modules/swriter/ui/tocentriespage/level
does not exist

well a search for 'swriter/ui/tocentriespage' reveals that item is there.
so this page should redirect to
http://help.libreoffice.org/Writer/Entries_table_of_contents#Level

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Menu: Insert/Entries/Entries
2. Tab: [Entries] (cursor focus on Level)
3. Button: Help

Actual Results:  
Swriter/modules/swriter/ui/tocentriespage/level

Diese Seite enthält momentan noch keinen Text und du bist auch nicht dazu
berechtigt, diese Seite zu erstellen. Du kannst ihren Titel auf anderen Seiten
suchen oder die zugehörigen Logbücher betrachten.

Hmm how to obtain one?

Proposal:
The Insert/Entries/Entries [Entries]/Structur Dialog
should also have a button too removed added elements
... or a least somewhere a hint(Tooltip / label ) that elements can be removed
by pressing the 'Del'-key
