Please verify the downloaded installer against the HASH values found in the
MirrorBrain meta data for the package.

It is the "Details" link for each package available from the project archive
site.

If the HASH value is bad, download a clean copy and check its HASH. Close this
issue as INVALID.  

Otherwise, if with a complete download you are still getting the Microsoft
Installer error 1335 we'll need you to capture a verbose installation log with
\L*v flag from the command line.
