So this isnt something that can be easily fixed within the menu xml file and
needs to be fixed at the code level in the uno command (.uno:InsertFieldCtrl).

@Maxim, @Gulsah, @Regina: Anyone have some time to fix this bug that should
likely be a 1-liner?
