I don't have access to the original Windows 7 machine, but I swapped hard
drives and installed Windows 7 on the Win10 machine. Here are 4 results from
the same hardware (Intel Mobile 4 Series Graphics).
OK -- Driver v.8.15.10.2702 on the Windows 10 x64 (WDDM 1.1 driver)
OK -- Driver v.8.15.10.1749 on the same machine, but with Windows 7 x86 (driver
included on Windows 7 SP1 ISO, possibly slipstreamed by 3rd party)
OK -- Driver v.8.15.10.2302 on Windows 7 x86 (driver supplied by Windows
Update)
NOT OK -- Driver v.8.15.10.1883 on Windows 7 x86 (driver downloaded from
http://support.toshiba.com/support/modelHome?freeText=1200014497&osId=29)
Both LibreOffice 5.3.4.1 and 5.4.0.0 display text as invisible too.
I started to bibisect, but downloaded the wrong repository and have run out of
time for now (I need to give the problem machine back). Regression does not
appear in latest version of bibisect-win32-5.3 and must be younger.
