Confirming that I see this in 5.3.3.2.  It's been a problem for years.  When
images are added using Insert->Image, the default is to center the image on the
screen.  Exporting to PDF works fine (the image remains centered).  But
exporting to HTML makes the image left justified.

The export-to-HTML flow is used for creating Kindle ebooks.  So this is
problematic for writers.

I had to manually fix the HTML in a previous version.  In the 'div' container
encapsulating the image, the width & height are specified, and appear to be the
size of the image.  When I removed these, the div container spans the entire
screen and allows the image to center.
