Description:
Related to bug 107511. It seems that the real cause of the problem is very,
very old. 


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Right click to open the spelling suggestions

Actual Results:  
Spelling suggestions are opening slow and using some CPU power

Expected Results:
Fast and smooth opening of the spelling suggestions



Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
