Description:
Page-break line doesn't show up after pressing CTRL+ENTER with zoom set to 100%
(an additional scroll is required). 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Set zoom to 100% (90% seems to work too)
3. Press CTRL+ENTER

Actual Results:  
Page-break line doesn't show up after pressing CTRL+ENTER with zoom set to 100%

Expected Results:
Page-break visualization show be visible
