Test document - compare MSO and LO

Bugzilla is "issue based", so a single issue must be pointed at and narrowed
down, after a search for not being a duplicate. 
Bugzilla is not "document based", like "this document doesn't display nice". So
minimal test must be created. 
And than, this document is awfully formatted, without basics in text
formatting. 
So, it was wrong even to confirm it like this. 

What I assume is that problem is on image attached. Then it's about margin or
paragraph width difference between MSO and LO. I can't say the reason, all
looks the same. Also not sure whether it's related to Verdana font. 
What we can conclude is that's 0,1cm difference. If we increase in LO, it's the
same then.
