click the icon the error msge is"the program cannot start because
api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer.try to
reinstalling the program to fix this problem

Actual Results:  
application did not open error msge will be received

Expected Results:
application open

click the icon the error msge is"the program cannot start because
api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer.try to
reinstalling the program to fix this probletry to install two and more systems
same error msge will be received
