Working on debian-stretch in the bibisect-42max repository, I see that
the slowness entered LO somewhere in the 43 commits to master ...

This is the same range in which bug 106646 entered LO.  I am not
deeming these to be duplicate bugs, but a fix to either is obviously
reason to retest the other.

I am removing keyword bibisectRequest and adding bibisected.
