I'm not sure what you mean.

I open Form 1, I click on the listbox, the type "clin". I get "Clinical
Laboratories of Hawaii - HiLo, HI". What else would you expect?

I type "gutt", I get "Gutter Doctors, The - San Carlos, CA".

I type "redw", I get "Redwood General Tire"
