With the introduction of the watermark feature in Writer in 5.4, some of the
dialog properties should also be available in the sidebar's Page deck, most
importantly the 'text' field, which should be a combobox with presets, and a
direction listbox to switch between horizontal (0*), diagonal (45*), and
vertical (90*).

Text presets available in MS Word - ASAP, CONFIDENTIAL, COPY, DO NOT COPY,
DRAFT, ORIGINAL, PERSONAL, SAMPLE, TOP SECRET, URGENT
