Description:
Excel has the feature of slowing down scrolling at the end of large data rows.
This is missing in Calc, but is a nice feature if you are working with larger
tables.
Actual Results:
calc scrolls at the same speed resulting in users to "miss" the end of data and
continue scrolling down empty table cells
Expected Results:
cals should slow down scrolling if the end of data cells approach
Reproducible: Always
