I can't reproduce. I ran 5.3.0 and 5.3.4 and >=5.4.0.beta2 with
LC_ALL=fr_FR soffice
and in Calc typing "List: one; two; three" correctly gets auto-corrected to
"List : one ; two ; three", both within a cell and the input line.
