Description:
Open a PPTX slide from PowerPoint, where the cell border are set to no borders.
In Libreoffice the border shows

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upload the attached PPTX file
2. Open in Libreoffice

Actual Results:  
Cell border is showing

Expected Results:
Cell border should not show


Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
