Steps:
1. Open attachment 54240 from bug 43632
2. Save it as a .doc file
3. Open the new created file

Observed behaviour: The background and its border are lost



Reproduced in

Version: 5.4.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: 597a2f5d5bd37443262b0775b8439bc3502aef1b
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.8; UI render: default; VCL: gtk2; 
Locale: es-ES (ca_ES.UTF-8); Calc: group

and

Version: 4.3.0.0.alpha1+
Build ID: c15927f20d4727c3b8de68497b6949e72f9e6e9e


Before 57450afb768c085df0ba2344aa94b5f843060178, the background was preserved
after the roundtrip but not the body, after this commit, the other way around.
I wouldn't consider this a regression though.
