Description:
'Soft Edge Oval' picture effect in PowerPoint crops a picture to oval and adds
soft shadows.

Impress is missing this effect.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached PPTX in Impress

Actual Results:  
No effect applied to the picture.

Expected Results:
Picture should be cropped to oval shape with soft shadow on its edges.
